From what I have read Leukocytes only mean the body is fighting off something inflammation is present but that the nitrates would mean postiive for UTI. The detection of white blood cells WBCs in the urine suggests a possible Urinary Tract Infection UTI somewhere in the urinary tract such as the bladder or the urethra.
